The Mayrhofen – Penken ski field is one of Austria's most modern.

The Sunnalm is located in the middle of the ski slopes and has a wonderful view over the slopes and surrounding mountains. The large sun terrace is a secret place for all sun lovers, even in January you can enjoy up to 7 hours of warm sunshine!

The Sunnalm can be reached with the Schneekar Lift; you pass the traditional Alpine hut, which is a tempting place to stop, via the Gerent at about halfway through the descent.

We will be pleased to offer you traditional fare and grill specialities in winter as well.

A short visit to our bar, with manager Albert, is naturally not to be missed; and he'll also be able to offer a wide choice of warming drinks.
